Skills for Work - QQI General Learning Level 4 Programme
If you want to improve your skills for work, this Programme is for you. You will develop skills in:
- Report writing
- Document creation
- Making presentations
- Formal and informal communications
- IT
- Team working
After this programme, you may find employment or apply to do further study at level 4 or above.

Start Dates:
Before joining:
- There is an informal, 10 minute interview. We will discuss your needs & what you want to get from the course.
- You will need to do a simple assessment. This is just to make sure that the course you want to do is the best one for you.
To join, you must:
- Live in Ireland (Stamp 4, 1G or an EU Passport) & have a PPS number
- Be over 18 years old
- Be able to attend the classes in the Centre

Introduction to Digital Marketing Non-Accredited |
This course will provide the learner with an overview of digital marketing and how to get results. This may lead to further study in Google Accreditation. |
Word Processing Accredited QQI Level 4 |
This course is suitable for people who want to creating and editing a document using a word processor such as Microsoft Office or Google tools in order to progress to employment or further training. |
Teamworking Accredited QQI Level 4 |
This course explores learning about Team Development, Teamworking Skills, Setting Goals, Participating in Team Activities, Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Conflict Resolution and much more. |
Customer Service Accredited QQI Level 4 |
This course is suitable for people who want to start developing the knowledge and competence in a range of personal skills in order to progress to employment or further training in the hospitality, tourism or customer service sector. |
Communications Accredited QQI Level 4 |
This course is suitable for people who want to improve their general communications skills, and gain a formal qualification that enables them to seek work or do further study. |
