Course Overview

This short course aims to give people confidence to adult learners returning to lifelong learning. It explores some tools and techniques proven to improve subjective wellbeing. It draws on elements of CBT, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Nutrition and Exercise so that the learners get to try a variety of techniques which they can draw from during their return to education and in everyday life.

Requirements: An interest in self development.
