This Positive Living Skills course explores some tools and techniques proven to improve subjective well being & mental health. You will develop your:

- Confidence in everyday life
- Mindfulness techniques
- Knowledge of nutrition & exercise
- Personal well-being
You will have the opportunity to start exploring cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
