These tips to ‘Be active’ may help your mental health! Improve your mood, reduce stress & feel more relaxed by trying out a few simple things! 

Mental Health Ireland has shared Five ways for tough times, which could help us to maintain positive wellbeing during challenging times. In this article we are checking out the second one ‘Be active’:

  • Stay active by doing an activity that you enjoy and suits your level of fitness and mobility.
  • Being physically active can benefit your mental and physical wellbeing.
  • Get as much sunlight, fresh air and nature as possible. Keep an outdoor routine going if you can.
  • If exercising outdoors practise social distancing or exercise indoors with free online workouts.
