  • #3 – Customer Service jobs: Upskill your writing, listening, interpersonal, telephone skills and your personal interaction with our Customer Service Course QQI Level 4.
  • #4 – Jobs with Language Skills: Learn or improve your English language skills with our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Programme since Basic up to QQI Level 4 or Conversation Group.
  • #5 – Tech & IT jobs: We don’t offer courses for development or programming purposes. We offer basic knowledge about using a computer as a starting point for people who have not been in education for a while and would like to brush up their IT skills, such as learning Word Processing, Internet skills & more.
