If you want to improve your customer service skills, this level 4 course is for you. You will develop your:
- Customer Service practical skills
- Writing & Listening skills
- Telephone skills
- Knowledge of answering a letter/e-mail of complaint
- Knowledge of Irish Legislation
- Personal interaction & Interpersonal skills
This course is part of the Skills for Work Programme.
After this course, you will be able to progress to employment or further education in the hospitality, tourism or customer service sector.
