Chair Yoga Class
This weekly chair yoga class will enable you to:

- Get more involved with the Community
A chair yoga class can either be a fully seated or partially seated practice. Chair yoga encompasses the same health benefits that normal yoga practice does. The beauty of incorporating a chair into the practice is that it provides an extra level of physical and mental support and comfort.

Start Dates:
Before joining:
- This class is suitable for anyone. A list of optional props to use in the class is provided in advance. These props are everyday items that can be found at home.
- If you would like to meet to discuss your needs, please let us know.
To join, you must:
- Live in Ireland (Stamp 4, 1G or an EU Passport) & have a PPS number
- Be over 18 years old
- Be able to attend the classes at our Centre in Dublin 8
