QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland) is an independent State agency responsible for promoting quality and accountability in education and training services in Ireland. It also facilitates the recognition of foreign qualifications.
QQI has the responsibility to develop, promote and maintain the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) which is a system used to describe the Irish qualifications system. Use the NFQ framework to identify pathways toward the qualifications that you are interested in achieving.

Before joining:
- There is an informal, 10 minute interview. We will discuss your needs & what you want to get from the course.
- You will need to do a simple assessment. This is just to make sure that the course you want to do is the best one for you.
To join, you must:
- Live in Ireland (Stamp 4, 1G or an EU Passport).
- Be an Adult (over 18 years old).
- Be able to attend the classes in real-time.

ESOL QQI Level 4 | If you have done our Level 3 Course, this course is for you. This course will bring your English up to a good daily standard. This course will improve your English, so you can be more confident when looking for a job. |
Internet Skills QQI Level 3 | This course is ideal for people who want to start learning Internet skills such as communicating using online tools, writing an email and searching the internet. |
Word Processing QQI Level 3 | This course is suitable for people who want to start knowledge on creating and editing a document using a word processor such as Microsoft Office or Google tools. |
Word Processing QQI Level 4 | This course is suitable for people who want to creating and editing a document using a word processor such as Microsoft Office or Google tools in order to progress to employment or further training. |
Teamworking QQI Level 4 | This course explores learning about Team Development, Teamworking Skills, Setting Goals, Participating in Team Activities, Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Conflict Resolution and much more. |
Customer Service QQI Level 4 | This course is suitable for people who want to start developing the knowledge and competence in a range of personal skills in order to progress to employment or further training in the hospitality, tourism or customer service sector. |
Communications QQI Level 4 | This course is suitable for people who want to improve their general communications skills, and gain a formal qualification that enables them to seek work or do further study. |
Childcare Education QQI Level 5 | If you want to gain a formal qualification to start working with young children, this Programme is for you. In this Programme you will achieve the QQI Level 5 Early Childhood Care and Education Major Award (5M2009) by completing the eight modules offered. |
