The Governance Code for Community, Voluntary and Charity Organisations in Ireland requires Warrenmount CED Centre to communicate on all its public materials that it complies with the Code. The Board of Directors of Warrenmount CED Centre believes it is in the best interests of Warrenmount CED Centre to comply with Code and to make this public statement.
In order for Warrenmount CED Centre to be capable of making this statement of compliance, Warrenmount CED Centre is required to complete and review annually, the checklist of compliance in respect of the organisational sector in which Warrenmount CED Centre operates (at present Type C).
This Compliance Charter details certain commitments of Warrenmount CED Centre in order to achieve compliance with the Code and is in the process of being approved by the Board.
It should be read together with the current Board manual and in conjunction with the relevant Code checklist.
This Charter is required to be reviewed annually by the Board or more frequently as when circumstances require. This review shall be in consultation with senior management where appropriate.
